Just some tidbits of what Avery and I woke up to this morning. She loves to get this sweet stuff from her daddy and even though every year I tell him not to get me anything, he always does and I have to admit, I still love to see flowers on Valentine’s day! I guess he knows me all too well :-)

Meet the newest addition to our family and our real life teddy bear….appropriately named “Teddy”.  He is such a sweet puppy that Avery got for Christmas from Santa. She loves him so much and has done such a good job at being his “mommy”.  He is the perfect dog for our family and has even bonded so well with the boys.  Her birthday was a couple of weeks ago so I’m working on some 6yr pictures with her and her new puppy so be sure to check back for those soon!

Also, I’m heading out of town next week. Noel and I are going to Hawaii and I couldn’t be more thrilled. I’m not that excited about the flight and I’m pretty much terrified of flying or really….crashing! So everyone please pray that we get there and back….crash free!!! lol…

And before I leave….I’m offering a  SPRING SALE! Since I’m tired of this cold weather and I’m so excited about Spring,  I’m offering 1/2 off my session fee to jump start the season!!! I start out by checking emails, check voicemails, & “the most important”…. take a stroll over to all of my favorite blogs (which is a very long list btw & too many to list!). I have so many blogs that I love to read and most of them have to do with photography. So this morning as I was looking at one of my favorite blogs, Avery came up the steps to see what I was doing ( which is what she does every morning). She usually starts to get upset b/c #1. her daddy is gone to work and didn’t wake her at 5am to say goodbye or #2. mommy is already on the computer and she wants my 100% attention the minute she lays her eyes on me. So this morning as she came up the steps, she started to get that little whine in her voice but this time as she approached me  & my computer she saw something different on my screen. It wasn’t pictures of babies or kids or weddings (the usual )……nope……it was pictures of her favorite animal in the whole world. She lit up when she saw all of these amazing pictures of the cutest dogs doing some pretty funny things…..and really, I can’t blame her. This photographer is out of this world awesome at what she does and will make any dog lover smile and giggle.  I just had to share her site with you and hopefully, it will put a smile on your face too!

I’M BACK and I guess I’m a tad late when I say….Merry Christmas & Happy New Year!! lol… I had such a great Christmas and fun New Year and I hope you all did too! After a busy Christmas season, I decided to take a long break and take the month of January off and boy, has it felt great!  I’m rejuvenated and ready for a fabulous 2009.  So I’m sure you’ve noticed some changes with the blog……it’s actually the same old blog just refreshed for the new year…..isn’t it so clean and simple? I love it and can’t wait to share it’s matching website with ya!

So I’m officially back and ready to share lots of new images and products I’ll be offering for 2009! Hang in there with me…it’s all coming very soon! In the meantime, here is a georgous senior girl I had the privilege of photographing ……let’s just say, she made my job sooo easy! Such a beautiful girl, both inside and out!

I hope you all have a wonderful and relaxing day with your families. Since it’s Mother’s Day I thought it would be fitting to share a picture of a beautiful Mom with her precious baby girl from a session I had yesterday. You might recognize this little one from my website. I’ve had the opportunity of photographing this little beauty for the past year now and I really can’t believe she is already 1yr! I remember when they brought her to me when she was a teeny tiny baby and now she’s walking and walking really fast at that! This is truly the best part of my job… I love to see how much the babies and children I photograph change and grow over the years and I thank you all for choosing me and trusting me to capture all of your families greatest milestones.
