 and his contagious yawn, lol… I just loved that mom & dad were making the same face.  This little guy has an older brother & sister who are twins and who I photographed when they were just newborns as well. The twins weren’t there for this session but  from what I hear, they just adore their new little brother. Baby Chase was a dream to photograph and probably only let out a few little cries that lasted maybe a millisecond. He was awake pretty much the entire session and was sooo very good to me! I had a wonderful time photographing him & couldn’t have asked for a better little model :-)

    we just had to get this shot…or atleast attempt it. This isn’t the easiest prop to use and I’m thinking that it wasn’t made for babies to be in :-)

Isn’t she just precious. I couldn’t resist showing some with her cutie pie brother!  He did so good with her and I know he will be such a great big brother and hopefully show her all the things not to do….lol.  Their Daddy is a fireman with my hubby so they aren’t just clients of mine but are good friends too! :-)

Such a sweet and happy little baby! I just loved that in almost all the pics, her chubby little hands are clasped together which I just had to get a shot of. She was such a doll and I loved every minute of our session. I’ve got lots more sessions to share and I’m soooo very behind on proofing so if your a client who is reading this & waiting for your gallery, thank you for being so patient and I’ll have it to you very soon!!

I had so much fun with these two…..can you tell? I would have kept them all day if I could have! So beautiful and sweet and I can’t wait to show their mommy & daddy the rest. I think we were so busy trying to make sure she was okay and getting her to class on time with everything she needed, that I didn’t have time to be an emotional wreck. I did however manage to catch some sort of stomach virus or food poison (still not sure..) her first week of school. I felt so bad that the next day, even though I was feeling a little better, I didn’t have it in me to walk her to class that day so I did the only thing that I could do which was to DROP HER OFF AT THE CURB in front of the school.  This horrified me and I clearly was not ready to do this the first week of school b/c as she got out and started to walk away, I couldn’t help but start to cry. It still brings tears to my eyes thinking back to that day and how she walked herself in like such a big girl with no fears or worries.  So just after a month of school, our baby girl isn’t such a “baby” anymore, but of course she will always be to us. :-)

Here is a recent picture of her I took at her game last weekend….yes, she’s a cheerleader…for now anyway! She already told me on the way home from her first game “you might need to pull me out b/c cheerleading is hard work”…..such a funny girl :-)

This  was taken days before the flu got a hold of her, she was perfectly well that entire weekend and woke up Monday morning with 101 fever! Thank goodness she is better now and back to her crazy self. As usual, hoping that the boys don’t start showing the symptoms…I’m on guard with Tamiflu!!

      I love this picture of him….such a boy! I know he will be such a great big brother and protect & love his new baby sis! I start out by checking emails, check voicemails, & “the most important”…. take a stroll over to all of my favorite blogs (which is a very long list btw & too many to list!). I have so many blogs that I love to read and most of them have to do with photography. So this morning as I was looking at one of my favorite blogs, Avery came up the steps to see what I was doing ( which is what she does every morning). She usually starts to get upset b/c #1. her daddy is gone to work and didn’t wake her at 5am to say goodbye or #2. mommy is already on the computer and she wants my 100% attention the minute she lays her eyes on me. So this morning as she came up the steps, she started to get that little whine in her voice but this time as she approached me  & my computer she saw something different on my screen. It wasn’t pictures of babies or kids or weddings (the usual )……nope……it was pictures of her favorite animal in the whole world. She lit up when she saw all of these amazing pictures of the cutest dogs doing some pretty funny things…..and really, I can’t blame her. This photographer is out of this world awesome at what she does and will make any dog lover smile and giggle.  I just had to share her site with you and hopefully, it will put a smile on your face too!
