These two were a riot! They not only had me & mom cracking up but obviously themselves too. Such sweet kiddos and sweet souls….this was my first time meeting & photographing them and that was my very first thought of them. I love these first two b/c there is nothing like showing some brotherly love from a big sis.
then of course we had to get serious……b/c well….that’s just what I like!

Doesn’t he look so cute on my new chair?? You may have already seen the second picture here . I just loved how his pictures turned out and wish you could of all seen how happy he was to be outside taking pictures…it must have been the dirty alley we were in that made him so happy!! He was so amazed by everything around him & I’m sure he had never seen such strange “scenery” before. Thanks to his mommy for not thinking I’m completely crazy when we pulled up to this spot! This is now the 3rd time I’ve had the opportunity to photograph him and I think it just gets better and better each time…..he is truly such a sweet & happy baby boy!

My big girl…she looks so much older to me now with bangs! I took her out for some pictures since she has a “new” look and because she turned 5 in January. I absolutely love her cute lil’ face with bangs… now if you ask my husband, he would say “what did you do to my baby girls bangs and long flowing hair”. I loved her hair too but just knew that she would look so cute with bangs. I had taken her with me to get my haircut and saw the cutest lil’ girl in the hair salon w/ the cutest lil’ bangs. I asked her if she would let us cut hers and at first she said “Nooo” but with a little persuading, she was all for it and even asked for a mirror when she was done… she’s learning early! So there’s our baby girl…big 5yr old who acts like she is 15!

I promise all babies I photograph aren’t this serious!!! Even though this sweet boy wasn’t really in the “picture taking” mood the day we took these we were still able to get some cute shots of him. We’re hoping to get more of him outdoors soon on one of these warmer days so be on look out for part II of this cute little boy!

This little guy was so funny b/c he had the most serious look on his face for most of the session. His mommy was a little worried that we didn’t get good ones but I have to say, I think we got lots of great ones! Even though we didn’t get a ton of smiles out of him sometimes I love this look over the smiley ones! Check out those killer brown eyes…what a handsome lil’ boy!!
but it wasn’t all this serious…..here is one of my favorites of him playing peek a boo with me!
oh, and eating one of his favorite snacks! lol..

I know you have all seen the AT&T commercial of the little girl seeing her daddy off and giving him a special stuffed animal to take with him. I cannot tell you how much this commercial **is** my daugther and my husband. In case you all don’t know, my husband is a fireman and works 24hrs on shift and sometimes works OT which means at times he is gone for 48hrs. Yes, that’s a whole nother story but anyway, my point is….. she misses him terribly when he goes to work and still cries every morning she wakes up and he’s already gone to work. So every since this commercial has aired and even still when it comes on, she will run to hug him with the biggest smile on her face. She’s only 5 and knows that the commercial is all about the special connection between her and her daddy (or really a daddy and his baby girl).
So…..my husband decided that on his next shift back to work (which is today), that he would take her special little puppy to work and take pictures of him around the firestation and all the places he goes. Let me just say that she is one happy lil’ girl today! I thought the pictures were so funny and sweet that I just had to share them with you (daddy has no idea and neither do his fireman buddies..ha!) So here you go…..excuse the picture quality, they were taken with Noel’s phone and not the big mama…hehe
Such troopers! Pretty funny seeing these big masculine guys holding this little puppy….I think she loved the last two more than anything and was laughing so hard that she started to cry (so funny b/c I do the same thing). I think it’s safe to say that next to her daddy…the fireman on the right is definitely her “favorite”! Thanks guys for making our lil’ sweetie so very happy today!

I know I’ve said it before but this age is one of my favorite’s to shoot! I love how natural babies are…they don’t care if the camera is in their face (well, I take that back, some do…lol) they will make whatever expression they want with no care in the world and I love that! This little beauty was no exception and gave me some beautiful and fun expressions. Such a sweet baby and oh did she give me baby girl fever all over again!!
